This Privacy Policy explains how S.A. de Haas, currently operating under the provisional business name “SDH Software BV”, handles information in connection with Project Team Planner and the Project Team Planner website.
We value privacy, transparency, and keeping your data under your control.
1. Who We Are
Project Team Planner is currently developed and provided by S.A. de Haas, operating under the provisional business name SDH Software BV.
The formal registration of SDH Software BV is currently in progress. Until that registration has been completed, S.A. de Haas remains the responsible party for the Project Team Planner software and website.
Product: Project Team Planner
Provider: S.A. de Haas
Provisional business name: SDH Software BV

2. Privacy by Design
Project Team Planner is designed to keep your project data under your control.
The Free Desktop Edition is designed to operate locally on your computer. Project plans, team information, configuration data, and other information that you create and manage within the application are stored locally on your device.
The Desktop Edition does not intentionally transmit your project data or database contents to our servers as part of its normal operation.
We do not have a backdoor or other intended means of remotely accessing your locally stored project database.
3. No Account Required
The Free Desktop Edition does not require you to create an account with us.
You do not need to provide us with your name, email address, payment information, or other personal information in order to install and use the Free Desktop Edition.
4. No Telemetry or Usage Tracking in the Desktop Edition
The Free Desktop Edition is not designed to collect telemetry, usage statistics, analytics data, or project information and transmit such information to us.
We do not intentionally collect information about how you use the Desktop Edition.
Your project and planning data remains stored locally on your device, subject to the limitations and responsibilities described in our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
5. Project Data
You retain ownership of the project data and other information that you create and store using Project Team Planner.
We do not receive or centrally store this locally maintained project data.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining appropriate backups;
- securing your computer and local storage;
- controlling access to your project files and database; and
- ensuring that your use of the Software complies with applicable laws and your own organizational requirements.
Because we do not receive or centrally store your local project data, we cannot recover that data for you if it is lost, deleted, corrupted, or otherwise becomes inaccessible.
6. Website and Contact Forms
The Project Team Planner website may provide a contact form or other means of contacting us.
If you voluntarily contact us, we may receive personal information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
We use this information only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and handling the communication.
We do not use contact information submitted through the website for unsolicited marketing unless you have separately consented to such use or it is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Project Team Planner website is designed to use only cookies or similar technologies that are technically necessary for the operation, security, and basic functionality of the website.
We do not intentionally use advertising cookies, third-party marketing cookies, or analytics cookies to track visitors across websites.
If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, appropriate consent will be obtained.
8. Server Edition
A paid Project Team Planner Server Edition is planned for a future release.
The Server Edition may have different technical characteristics from the Free Desktop Edition, particularly because it is intended to support centralized or multi-user environments.
The privacy implications of the Server Edition may therefore differ from those of the Free Desktop Edition.
Before the Server Edition becomes commercially available, we will provide appropriate information about its data processing, hosting, accounts, security, and other privacy-related features.
This Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary to reflect those services.
9. Data Retention
We do not centrally store or manage the project data created and stored locally through the Free Desktop Edition.
As a result, we do not determine a retention period for your local project data.
Information that you voluntarily provide through the website, such as information submitted through a contact form, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, maintain appropriate records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information that we receive through the website.
However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Because your Project Team Planner project data is stored locally when using the Free Desktop Edition, you are primarily responsible for protecting your device, database, project files, backups, and user credentials or operating-system access.
11. Third-Party Services
The Project Team Planner Desktop Edition does not intentionally transmit your project data to third-party services.
The website may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers for basic website hosting, security, email delivery, or other technical functionality.
Where third-party services process personal information on our behalf, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable data protection law, you may have rights regarding personal information that we process about you.
These may include, where applicable:
- the right to request deletion of information;
- the right to access your personal information;
- he right to restrict certain processing;
- the right to request correction of inaccurate information;
- the right to object to certain processing; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
Because the Free Desktop Edition does not require an account and does not transmit your local project data to us, we generally do not possess or control that locally stored project data.
13. Children
Project Team Planner is not specifically directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Project Team Planner website for marketing or profiling purposes.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Project Team Planner, the website, our services, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this website together with its effective date.
If significant changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to make those changes clear.
15. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or privacy matters relating to Project Team Planner, please contact us through the contact form on the Project Team Planner website.
